The Softec footbed comes with 1.6mm of SOLE's proprietary cushioning material. These provide excellent support and a heat moldable custom fit. This heat moldable base contours to your unique foot and provides custom support and alignment.

Heat in your oven for 2 minutes at 200 degrees, place it in your boot and then step in. Yeah, there's more detailed instructions included - but that's basically it. Easy and effective.
